Hi, I'm Andrea Olson

and I’m CEO here at Produce Like a Boss.

For those of you I haven’t met yet, here’s a little about me:

  • I’m a songwriter, producer, educator and entrepreneur
  • ⁠As an artist, I write and release faith-based music.
  • ⁠As a producer, I’ve spent the last 20 years working on everything from custom albums and children’s music to radio jingles and podcasts.
  • ⁠And as an entrepreneur, I’ve built platforms designed to help creatives thrive not just in their craft but in their confidence, their businesses, and their lives.

I love how Produce Like A Boss is not just about learning production or writing great songs — it’s about giving you everything you need to stop waiting for someone else to say “yes” to your dreams… and start living them.
